Admission is strictly on the basis of merit, subjected to medical fitness. The decision of Management for the selection of the students will be final. Admission Procedure is liable to change as per University rules. |

The duly filled in application forms should reach the College before 30th April 2009. All the columns must be filled in by candidate’s own handwriting. If the XIIth result is not yet declared, the mark sheet must be brought along at the time of interview. Incomplete applications will not be considered. |

The candidate has to undergo medical examination, and produce fitness certificate along with a declaration counter signed by the parents/guardian |

that he/she does not suffer from any chronic disabilities like arthritis, asthma or any such disability which cannot be easily diagnosed during the medical examination. However if a student is found to be suffering from any such disability within three months, he/she will be terminated and will have to pay Rs. 25000/- as compensation. |

The selected candidate should produce original certificates, marks sheets and testimonials at the time of admission. Original certificates will be retained in the office of the Principal, till the student leaves the college. |

The medium of language is English, hence the applicants should be able to speak, write and understand English. Applicants may be asked to undergo written test/oral interview to assess their proficiency in English at the time of admission. |

The candidate shall deposit the prescribed fees within 15 days of the announcement of results of the tests conducted. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the cancellation of the admission. |
7. |
The candidate is under obligation to complete 4 years BSc. Nursing Course. In case of discontinuation, candidates will have to pay Rs. 50,000 in the 1st year and additional 25,000 as compensation for every uncompleted year. |
8. |
Admission to the students granted C.G Ayush and Health Science University is provisional until the Migration certificate (for students outside of Chattisgarh) and gap certificate (for those who have gap after +2) are produced. |

Application forms and Prospectus are available in the college office as well as in all the Bethany Institutions. To receive it by post a DD of Rs. 250/- infavour of Bethany College of Nursing, Payable at Bhilai, along with the request letter be sent to the College address. |
